Who We Are
Our Mission
Gwinnett County Democratic Women’s mission is to be a social and political organization.
Democratic Party candidates, organizations, and activists attracted and inspired thousands of new voters, as well as excited already registered voters to turn out in record numbers in the national election in 2020. Voting amongst Millennials, Gen-Xers, Baby Boomers, and the Silent Generation in Gwinnett County, and across the great state of Georgia, took place like never before. The mission of GDW is to keep this generationally uniting, critically important, ‘Blue Wave’ of political activism going. GDW continues to work tirelessly to support the election of Democratic women (and men) in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

The GDW members are women (and men) who are politically aware, socially involved, committed, and ready to serve the community’s best interests. They reflect cultures, backgrounds, languages, socioeconomic levels, family and relationship structures, and interests that are as refreshingly diverse as the world.
